Return Window

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, your return request must be initiated within this window by contacting us at help@medfordmods.com

All returns are subject to a $50 per item restocking fee.


Eligibility Conditions

To qualify for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • In the same condition as received — unworn, unused, and unaltered

  • All original tags and plastic wrapping still attached

  • In its original packaging and plastic warp

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.


How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at help@medfordmods.com with your order number and reason for return

  2. Wait for our confirmation and return instructions before shipping anything back

  3. Ship your item to our studio in Medford, MA using a trackable shipping method

    Note: Do not send items back without prior authorization — unauthorized returns will not be processed.


Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item received.


Damages & Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or is the wrong item, contact us at help@medfordmods.com within 7 days of delivery. In these cases, Medford Mods will cover return shipping and provide a full resolution.


Exchanges

We do offer exchanges. Please contact us at help@medfordmods.com before placing a new order so we can guide you through the process. Do not place a new order until you have heard back from us.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status within 2 business days. If approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days

  • Your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund

If 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at help@medfordmods.com
